IRAN : THE AEIA REPORT LEAVES THE MULLAHS SPEECHLESS ! 20.02.2009 © IRAN-RESIST.ORG – Feb 20 2009 | Mohammad El Baradai edited his new report regarding the nuclear activities of Iran. According to him, Iran is trying to acquire the technology accessing the atomic weapon in order to “send a message” but not necessarily to “manufacture nuclear weapons”. | Decoding of this unreleased declaration | Some days ago, during a press conference in Paris, Mohammad El Baradai gave a front taste of the report he was about to make public. He mentioned then an entire cooperation of Teheran regarding the enriching but a lack of cooperation regarding the military nuclear studies during the year 2003. As we specified it before and referring to the studies of the year 2003, El Baradai was again defying the conclusions of the American secret services that assert since November 2007 that Iran stopped in 2003 all its military nuclear activities. It’s necessary to remind endlessly that the Americans were the ones to initiate such crisis revealing to the AEIA the underground nuclear activities of the mullahs. The Americans were the ones to act fiercely in order to transfer the file to the Security Council, which came out onto UNO sanctions against that regime. But their aim was to find a legal way of legitimizing their own sanctions against Teheran in order to force the mullahs to come to terms with the United States and so the United States can become the ruler of this oil-producing region that is a key region on which China depends for its growth. When the United States reckoned that they managed to set up a package of punitive steps against the mullahs, they published in 2007 a report claiming that Iran stopped in 2003 all of its military nuclear activities and this report postponed the danger until 2015. Thus after they took control of the pressure management on Iran, the Americans took control of the planning of this attrition war. The report also permitted to un-demonize the Iranian nuclear program in order to facilitate the reprisal of the dialogue with the mullahs and seal a strategic and oil agreement that is vital for the United States. The method of soft sanctions didn’t succeed and Bush passed this file on to Obama who, after that he hoped to succeed with attractive promises, came back to the necessity to maintain soft sanctions on a very long duration. Such agreement will make the American companies the leaders of the market, much to the annoyance of the British companies (BP, Shell, Vitol) that presently take for their own selves the major part of the world oil market. So to neutralize it, the British decided to react via the AEIA as the United States need it to maintain the legitimacy of their sanctions and continue their attorney war against Iran. On the 25 February 2008, right after a meeting in camera with Olli Heinonen in Vienna, the British revived the Iranian documents that mentioned the maintenance of the military nuclear activities after 2003 in order to dash the American effort to come to an agreement. Since February 2008, the AEIA insists on those documents against the opinion of the United States who got into their hands since 2004 the same documents that were extracted from a forgotten laptop. But in spite of those documents, they claimed that Teheran didn’t carry out any military nuclear activities since 2003. The point is not the reliability or the absence of reliability of such documents (whose deception is denounced by Teheran) but the war of reports and expertise that opposes the Americans to the AEIA. The latter that didn’t take into account those documents when they were used by Washington take them into account nowadays in order to deprive the USA from their management of the crisis. Such management was conceived to allow the Americans to enter into a strategic agreement with the mullahs. We cannot be content with the fact that El Baradai would be looking for some independence of the AEIA because in such case, he would need to denounce the instrumentation of those documents and he didn’t do it. Indeed El Baradai behaves as if he was the puppet of the British. What does the British want ? They want that Teheran accepts a compromise, the one of the Six ! Such compromise that would be ratified by the UNO would put an end to the crisis and to the American sanctions and thus to the pressures that should submit the mullahs and make Iran the indispensable ally of the Americans so they become an oil super power. Such war between American and British people dates back to long time ago. Two days ago in Paris, after he countered one more time the American monitoring on the crisis, El Baradai sent a warning to Teheran, a warning that insisted on the existence of an Iranian goodwill to not engage into such escalation. This necessity to dialogue for a compromise summarizes perfectly the two last episodes of the BBC 1 documentary that were broadcasted on France 3 : London doesn’t hesitate to diabolize the mullahs, particularly those who such as Khatami were conceived to permit an Iranian-American understanding, but it always insist on the necessity of a compromise with that regime. Teheran didn’t give any sign of approval to follow that point and the puppet El Baradai hardened the tone mentioning the mullahs’ will to acquire the technology permitting to access the atomic weapon. Besides such assertion is contradictory for a country that doesn’t make progress in enrichment technique. But while he uses the usual woolly style he is fond of, El Baradai specifies that Iran is attempting to acquire the technology of the nuclear weapon in order to “send a message” and not necessarily to “manufacture nuclear weapons”. Thus a room for manoeuvre is left to Iran so it can opt for the UNO multilateral compromise with the Six. In order to let the mullahs grab this thrown line, El Baradai also denounced the Israeli nuclear bomb stating that it has weakened the non-proliferation treaty (NPT). This implies that a joining of Israel in this treaty and the dismantling of its arsenal would make the mullahs and the Israelis equal in term of nuclear rights and potentials (two States that would have acquired officially the nuclear know-how but also refused the proliferation). In order to coax again Teheran, Jack Straw, the British ministry of Justice, declared in a an interview with the IRNA that the People’s Mujahidin were a terrorist small group and this indicates a possible come-back of this group into the European list of terrorist organizations. Teheran seems taken aback by this report : it was neither published in the press nor commented. The part dedicated to Syria was the only one to be reworked free of comment by the IRNA ! Teheran must undoubtedly regret the intervention of its representative at the United Nations. Few hours before the publication of this report, he called for a world free from nuclear weapon in Geneva and at the disarmament Conference ! This is a big blunder that presently shuts them up. The British display great diplomacy and craftiness to end such crisis and prevent Iranian-American agreement that would harm their economic interests. However the mullahs’ regime permanently sneaks off because it doesn’t want any compromise with the Six but an unconditional agreement with the United States. There won’t be any compromise with this regime. © WWW.IRAN-RESIST.ORG
